We accept all major credit cards, as well as cash. At this time, we do not accept checks of any kind. Payment is due in full at the start of each session. Payment is collected through our secure client portal, Simple Practice. All clients are required to place a card on file through the system.
We currently an in-network provider with Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield - GA,Cigna, and Humana. To learn more about your coverage and mental health benefits, we encourage you to call your insurance provider directly.
We are currently out-of-network with all other insurance providers; however, we can provide you with a Super Bill statement which can be submitted to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement. To find out if your plan covers out-of-network services, we encourage you to call your provider directly.
If there is a need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require 24 Hour Notice to avoid being charged. You may cancel your appointment by phone, email, or text message.
