Standard Practice Rates

  • Initial Phone Consultation – Free (15 minutes)

  • Intake Assessment – $205 (60 minutes)

  • Follow-up Sessions – $195 (50 minutes)

Act2Change therapists hold a limited number of reduced fee spots on their caseload for clients experiencing extreme financial hardship. Requests for a reduced rate are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, based on financial need and therapist availability.

Dr. Pirasteh is an in-network provider with Modern Health, Lyra Health, and Samata Health Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).

Payment

Act2Change is a cashless business. We accept all major credit cards, as well as HSA/FSA benefits. We do not accept checks of any kind. Payment is due in full at the start of each session and will be collected through our secure client portal.

All clients are required to place a card on file through our secure client portal, SimplePractice.

Reimbursement:

Many health insurance plans offer coverage for out-of-network services. At Act2Change, our therapists can provide you with a detailed Superbill statement to submit to your health insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. We encourage you to reach out directly to your health insurance provider to learn more specific information about your plan’s out of-network coverage.

 
 

Cancellation Policy

If there is a need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require a 24 Hour Notice to avoid being charged the late cancellation fee. You may cancel your appointment by contacting your therapist directly by phone or email.
